K S MANOHARAN

He is a Counsellor and Corporate Trainer and has 22 years of experience in life skills development training. He was working as a faculty member at the National Academy of Telecom Finance and Management (NATFM), Hyderabad, and a retired DGM (F) from BSNL. He was an in-house trainer for the organization from 2001.

He has completed a master’s in Counseling Psychology, PG Diploma in Coaching and Counseling, and MBA in human resource management. He has specialisation in NLP (Master Practioner) and Hypnotherapy. He underwent REBT training (Basic and advance) by Dr. Debbie Joeffie Ellis, w/o Albert Ellis, the developer of REBT.

He is highly skilled in understanding the clients’ needs empathetically, guide and help them to understand and identify their choices through effective counseling to enhance their mental well-being and self-esteem.

As a corporate Trainer, With rich experience in working as an officer of Dept. of Telecommunications and an executive of BSNL across the country, he has developed and conducted training programs on creativity, critical thinking, Design Thinking, leadership, and people management, effective communication skills, creating effectiveness in teamwork, customer relations, effective time management skills, motivation, ethics and values, strategic thinking and change management.

OMANA MANOHARAN

She is a counseling psychologist and NF NLP Master Practioner with 7 years of experience. She has completed her Post Graduation in Counseling Psychology and MBA in human resource management. She is a  Retd DGM(T) in BSNL and was an in-house trainer and a guest faculty for various training centers of BSNL.

She is a good communicator and an active listener with undivided attention and empathy towards clients in understanding their mental condition or wellness. She will guide and enable the clients to make their own choices, reach their own decisions, and act upon them. She has specialisation in relationship counseling and parental counseling.
